Bio

Chris Bullock has owned and operated Lift Strength and Conditioning since 2010. Chris is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is certified as a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting (USAW). He specializes in youth and adult athletic development, Olympic weightlifting, nutrition for athletes, and corrective exercise. In 2010, he completed a Master's degree in Sports Administration and Leadership from Seattle University. His education at SU focused on organizational management, marketing, leadership, and finance. In 2006 he received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology with a minor in Physical Education from the University of Redlands. While at Redlands, he completed a Strength and Conditioning internship and during that time had the experience of working with college level athletes from sports including football, baseball, men's and women's basketball, softball, women's soccer, and water polo. In addition, he has worked with recreational, youth, high school, collegiate and professional athletes from sports including Olympic weightlifting, golf, marathon, triathlon, Ironman, swimming, football, baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, gymnastics, equestrian, and lacrosse.

As an athlete, Chris played four years of NCAA football at the University of Redlands in southern California. During his time there he was fortunate enough to win two conference titles and play in the NCAA DIII playoffs. In high school he was a three sport athlete participating in football, basketball, and track & field. During this time he played for five state titles, winning championships in football and track & field. In football he received honors including multiple all-conference awards, all-state awards, and a conference most valuable player.

His success in athletics, education and in his professional career can largely be attributed to the wonderful coaches, mentors, family and friends who continue to serve as his driving inspiration.
